Your data stays yours
We never sell customer data and never use your content to train models for other customers without your explicit consent. That commitment is in our privacy policy, not just this page.
Humans stay in charge
Every agent escalates to a person, keeps a full log of what it did, and asks before it acts on anything that matters. Autonomy is earned, not assumed.

Not yet. The Reception Agent is opening to a small early-access group; the Paperwork and Operations Agents are in development. Join the waitlist and we will tell you honestly when your use case is ready — and when it is not.
No. Each agent is a product with a fixed monthly subscription. Setup is guided self-service, not a billable engagement. If your needs genuinely require custom work, we will say so rather than stretch the product to fit.
Never. Verona AI agents identify themselves as AI assistants, and hand over to a person whenever a customer asks — or whenever the conversation needs judgement the agent does not have.
It stays yours. We do not sell data, do not run advertising SDKs, and do not use your content to train models for other customers without your explicit consent. The detail — storage, retention, your rights — is in our privacy policy.
You should not have to take anything on faith — which is why this site shows no invented customers, metrics or badges. Early access means small groups, close attention and candid limits. You will know exactly what the product can and cannot do before you pay for it.
