How it works

From subscription to first shift, in three steps.

No implementation team, no statement of work. A Verona AI agent is a product: you subscribe, you teach it your business, and it starts working under your supervision. Here is the whole process — and, just as important, what our agents deliberately will not do.

Step 01

Choose an agent

Start with the job that costs you the most evenings: the phone that rings during dinner service, the invoices in a drawer, the follow-ups you keep meaning to send. Pick the matching agent — Reception, Paperwork or Operations — on a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time.

  • One clear price per agent — no scoping calls or day rates
  • If an agent isn’t ready for your use case, we tell you before you pay
Step 02

Teach it your business

A guided setup walks you through the things a new employee would ask in week one: opening hours, services and prices, house policies, tone of voice, and the questions that must always go to a person. It takes an afternoon, not a quarter.

  • Plain-language setup — no prompts to engineer, nothing to code
  • Your content stays yours — never used to train models for other customers without your explicit consent
  • A practice mode lets you interview the agent before customers meet it

Illustrative scenario — practice mode, no customers involved.

Step 03

It works. You supervise.

Switch the agent on and it starts its shift. It handles the routine, escalates the exceptions, and writes everything down. You review its work as often as you like — daily at first, then whenever suits you.

  • Full log of every conversation, extraction and workflow step
  • Instant handover to you or your team, any time
  • One switch turns the agent off — no lock-in, no exit fees
Drawing the line

What our agents will not do — by design.

Trust in AI is mostly about knowing where it stops. These limits are product decisions, not fine print.

They won’t pretend to be human

Every agent identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of a conversation and whenever asked. Impersonating a person is off the table, permanently.

They won’t act alone on things that matter

Payments, refunds, medical or legal questions, anything irreversible — the agent stops and brings a person in. You define the list; we ship safe defaults.

They won’t guess

When an agent doesn’t know, it says so and offers to take a message. A confident wrong answer is worse than an honest “let me check”.

They won’t feed your data to anyone else

No data sales, no advertising SDKs, no training models for other customers on your content without your explicit consent. See the privacy policy for the full commitment.

Questions

The practical details.

Our target is an afternoon: an hour or two to answer the setup questions, then a practice session where you interview the agent. Early-access participants will help us prove — or correct — that estimate, and we’ll publish real figures once we have them.

No. If you can fill in a form and describe your business in plain English, you can set up an agent. There is nothing to install and nothing to code.

It will, sometimes — any honest AI company will tell you the same. That’s why every action is logged, consequential steps need human approval, and corrections you make teach the agent for next time. During early access we review errors with you directly.

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with no minimum term and no exit fees. When you leave, you can take your data with you and ask us to delete the rest — the process is described in our privacy policy.
